IFS starts from the idea that we all have different parts: the part that pushes you to keep going, the part that criticises, the part that tries to keep everyone happy. These parts formed for good reasons, often to protect us as little children, but they can end up running the show long after they’re needed in the same way.
In sessions, we get curious about these parts instead of fighting them. We listen to what they’re afraid of, and what they’re trying to do for you. Over time, we create more self-trust, compassion and a sense of inner harmony.
I came across IFS in my own therapy journey at the age of 18 and it deeply impacted the way I related to the world. I am trained in IFS level 3, and frequently assist trainers on the official IFS trainings globally.

Our bodies hold our history. Tension, fatigue, a tight chest, or a sudden urge to shut down can all be messages worth listening to.
Somatic work brings your attention to the body, through breath, sensation, and gentle awareness, so you can notice what’s happening inside and give your nervous system the chance to settle. You don’t need any experience, and we always go at your pace.
The body is the portal to our subconscious - we will slowly learn how to listen to it again.
I am trained in the following somatic therapy modalities that I will use in our sessions: Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Therapy for Trauma, Polyvagal Theory in the treatment of trauma.

This is for you if you grew up in an environment that felt unsafe, unpredictable, or emotionally absent, or if you’ve been in a relationship where your reality was dismissed or twisted. These experiences can leave us doubting ourselves, over-adapting to others, and struggling to trust our own perception.
Long-term therapy gives us time to go at your pace. We’ll build safety first, then gently explore how these experiences shaped you, so you can begin to trust yourself again.
I am trained with Dr Ramani Durvasula as a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician and have extensive experience in supporting those who are survivors of abuse.
Spiritual Guidance In Manchester & Online
-
Sometimes what we’re going through isn’t only psychological. It feels much deeper and we often don’t have the words for it. An intuition you don’t know what to do with, symbolic dreams you don’t know where to explore, an energy that feels confusing, an ancestral pattern, or a sense that something deeper is calling. This is a space to explore those questions together.
During each session I will offer intuitive guidance to help you deepen your own connection to the divine, Mother Earth and higher spirit realms.
Each session looks very different depending on your questions or intentions. I share tools, offer insights, or guide you through a shamanic journey.
These journeys may also involve clearing out unwanted entities, closing energy leaks, releasing curses or psychic attacks that you may be under (if this is what you wish to work with).

A quiet, restful session where you lie down, fully clothed, and I work with your energy with gentle hands-on, hands-off energy work. Many people describe entering a deeply meditative state and leave feeling more connected to their intuition.
Drawing on Reiki and Shamanic Energy Healing Techniques - we will invite more light into your aura, clear old energies from your field and bring more balance to the chakra centres.
There’s nothing you need to do or believe. Come as you are, and allow your body to receive what it needs.
This is for you, if you are feeling the call to deepen the relationship to your own intuition, psychic wisdom, or feel that what you need is something more energetic. Sessions can take place online or in person in Manchester, and are charged at £90 per 55-minute session.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, so this is a relaxed first conversation to get a sense of each other. You tell me what’s brought you here and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions.
We’ll also decide together whether working together feels right. If it does, we’ll talk about next steps. If it doesn’t, that’s completely fine, and I can point you towards other support where I can.
You don’t need to prepare anything or have the right words. If you’re nervous, that’s completely normal. Come as you are.
